Not been too impressed with #Persil 3in1 capsules. Usually use #Lidl #Formil and they are amazing on stains, but not these Persil ones. @persiluk @LidlGB

Shrinkflation is out of control! @persiluk large size 1.431 ml Bought in @Tesco for discounted price and the bottle was half empty / full! Checked every single bottle and they’re all like that! If you’re going to reduce the quantity by that much, as least use a smaller bottle

@persiluk I am really disappointed. I always use Persil products and most recently I have been using Persil Ultimate Bio. It has been great until I went to use a new bottle today and literally the bottle was a quarter full! I can’t message you directly

@persiluk Double fail - your 3-in-1 capsules are failing to fully dissolve, and your online complaints form is also a fail-I have not managed to submit my complaint. Infuriating having to wash clothes and sheets twice-so much for "the power of first time stain removal" - not!

@persiluk what have you done to your non bio powder? The 'scent' from the box is so strong we can't keep it in the house any more. Going to have to change brands to something that's less overpowering.

@persiluk wow... I bought a 1.45l bottle of Persil Bio from Waitrose and it's half empty! Why have a massive bottle (it's about 30cm tall) and only have it half full? Seems really wasteful in terms of plastic and resources but also pretty scammy...

@persiluk is it possible to get one of your old style bottles to decant into? I've used Persil non-bio since my adult kids were babies, but these new bottles might be the end for me. The liquid is thinner now and just dribbles down the outside of the bottle, you can't stop it!
