@PatSaitoWard9 True. Lower speeds does not mean better drivers though. More energy needs to be placed on improving defensive driving, and undistracted vehicle (car/bike/ scooter etc) operation. It’s a both-and scenario. Distracted driving at any speed is dangerous.
