@Magpie24_7 Hall, Miley, Barnes and Bruno are consistently our best players with contributions from Tino, Sandro and Joelinton. Both goalies have been inconsistent Elanga has been the most improved player of recent months.

Unless it's injury based. I genuinely can't believe Hall has been dropped. He's been our best and most consistent player of late.
Dropped. Honestly can't believe it.

Stop lying.
He hasn't once said he wants to ban social media posts.
He wants to tackle misinformation being spread, which i know may confuse you but this is a GOOD THING.

Khan wants the state to ban social media posts about crime in London. That should terrify anyone who believes in free speech.
English

@lamont1940 @peshdawg @narindertweets How about if someone says there's grooming gangs in London and Khan says there's not, both post to X who is spreading misinformation.
English
@lamont1940 @narindertweets That’s fair enough but that kind of information isn’t always available 👍
English

It’s quite simple really. Say someone posts a document from the office of national statistics and saying crime is down 17%. This is isn’t mis information
While someone on social media is saying crimes never been higher, Britain has fallen, the usual stuff, that would be classed as mis information.

@Heccles94 The difference being, of course:
They got to Spain on flights they'd paid for.
They're staying in hotels they are paying for.
They're eating food and drink they're paying for.
They're constantly pumping money into the local economy and travel industry.

A study conducted by researchers at the University of Southern California (USC), specifically led by Dr. Valter Longo, found that prolonged fasting (for 2-4 days) can trigger the body to use up glucose, fat, and ketones, while also promoting a regenerative process in the immune system. 🧬 The research, published in Cell Stem Cell in 2014, showed that fasting cycles reduce the number of white blood cells, which in turn prompts the body to regenerate new immune cells, particularly through the activation of stem cells in the hematopoietic system (responsible for producing blood cells). 🔄
This regeneration is part of the body's response to nutrient deprivation, and the study suggests it may offer potential benefits for boosting the immune system, especially in people undergoing chemotherapy or aging. However, it is important to note that the research was conducted on mice, and human trials are still ongoing. 🧑⚕️✨
