We had two heroes Keith & Ron Essex Blood Runners They're a charity that delivers blood, samples and plasma to hospital across Essex. All for free. They're on call 7 nights a week, 24 hours Weekends and Bank Holiday. Please support them. essexbloodrunners.co.uk

Very exciting to visit @LOOK_UK later today and see their fabulous mentoring project in action. Look mentoring brings young people with a vision impairment together for peer support. Mentors are aged 18-29 and mentees are aged 11-18.

With Frank Charles at 6am this morning at Stratford Centre handing out breakfast, hot drinks and listening. Homeless shouldn't be an issue in UK!
