@mohrt UK courts appear to do most judgements of this type written and rarely orally. A judge sits on a different plane and usually in a box which makes what he says equivalent just babble. He stated that his final judgement will be written. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I guess we'll see soon! 😅

Admittedly I may have jumped to conclusions myself. I was not tuned in to the live feed, so I did not hear this in context, like most everyone else I read second hand on social media what was going on. Now I have the transcript. Upon careful reading, he is stating the points COPA makes (as the basis of this trial) that he will address with written judgement. "I have reached the conclusion that the evidence is overwhelming." We'll just have to see what happens upon actual judgement. Here is the transcript:
