Biggest impact on enquiries by far! Not sure if you can relate, there’s a huge amount to talk about when it comes to marketing and over 7 years we’ve tried lots of different ways to produce enquiries, a good set of AdWords will drive consistent traffic.

The delayed lounge? That’s what I’d call it. I was thinking about this when I was delayed the other day, imagine if all the airlines contributed to fund a room you only have access to if you’re delayed. With entertainment, free food, drink and a kids play area.
