@Boro_Breakdown Immediate demotion to the Scottish Highland League where they can continue to complain about the long away day trips to their heart’s content. Their place to be taken by Berwick Rangers.

@WallStreetApes The company I worked for also moved out to Lake Oswego. I’m from the UK. BbThe first times I visited Portland I thought it was beautiful. The last few times I was shocked to see how bad it was and how unsafe I felt. Real shame.

The fall of Portland, Oregon Here are major retailers that left Portland over declining conditions due to Democrat policies from 2022–2026 - Nike Community Factory Store (Operated since 1984, 40 years) Closed permanently because of 276 shoplifting reports in one year. They cited deteriorating public safety. Nike sent a letter to the mayor citing conditions - Walmart (Both Portland Locations)
580 employees laid off - Target (Three Stores)
Reason: Explicitly cited organized retail crime and shoplifting - REI
Reason: Highest break-in rate in two decades; over $800,000 spent on extra security in 2022 (including multiple incidents, one with a vehicle through the doors on Black Friday) - U.S. Bank (U.S. Bancorp Tower) Announced it would not renew its long-term lease
Building Sale: Sold in July 2025 for $45 million (down from $372 million in 2015 — ~88% value decline). - Wells Fargo
Announced plans to exit Portland - Starbucks
Closed at least 5–6 Portland locations in September 2025 alone. - Nordstrom Rack (Downtown)
 - CVS Pharmacy (SW Broadway) Reason: Employee cited shoplifting as a factor Malls Major Retail Centers also closed Pioneer Place Mall: Once had roughly 100 stores. It’s now down to 20. Described as a “dead mall.” • Lloyd Center Mall: Confirmed for full demolition. Now 90% vacant PacWest Center: Sold October 2025 for $55.7 million (down from $170 million in 2016. That’s a 67% drop) - Montgomery Park: Sold August 2024 for $33 million (down from $255 million in 2019, that’s a 87% drop)

@Benjaminbloom It would be rather typical of Boro to beat Southampton and then lose to Hull at Wembley

This week in 1995: Boro striker Uwe Fuchs is red-carded for this utter abomination of a tackle vs Sheff Utd. Inspired the headline: UWE FUCHS OFF. Now that’s the sort of content we can all appreciate.

@peteboro64 @Project_Boro Part 2) Now look at the current form table you shared. If Derby got 9 points then that would put them on 72 points. If wrexham got 7 points that would put them on 71 points. If on current form, boro won 3 points, boro could not finish lower than 6th.

@BoroHistory I know people slag off Conway but at least he puts in effort, Strelec doesn’t even do that

Let’s debate the #Boro Strelec dilemma… My view: 1. Lacks a goal threat. 2. Lacks pace. 3. Lacks physical presence. 4. Lacks work rate. 5. Lacks skill. Apart from that, he’s useless. This idea from some that “there’s a player in there” is based on pure hope and desperation.
