I pastor an average sized church (around 100 Sunday AM, 50-60 for evening services) and I work a job (I'm a lead developer for a growing retail chain.)
I make it work, but it requires I run the engine at high RPMs all the time. This works until it doesn't.
When you have no margin, any little thing (like my son going to the hospital, or me getting sick) has outsized effects and I feel like I'm always on the edge of burnout.
I need to figure something out.

I've been traveling and visited a few churches across denominations. A common thread was basically un-singable music. Many have traded a rich history of congregational Psalms and hymns for some dreadfully bad K-love cheese led by a woman who seems hungry for attention.
