With FSD v14.3.2, we unified the model between Actually Smart Summon, FSD & Robotaxi for more capable & reliable behavior

One of the biggest improvements with Actually Smart Summon is the connection/responsiveness from the phone to the car. The car immediately responds to your button press, even right after stopping the last session, which it would have a big delay on in the past.

Why does Waymo spread their cars across dozens of cities? They should completely saturate one city til they match Uber’s pick up times.
I assume they’re trying to lose because winning in self-driving means putting too many people out of work, making Google look like a villain.

Fair point on current cost structures peak/trough swings of 4x make 25% penetration the smart play when vehicles are expensive.
But as Tesla scales robotaxis at a fraction of the cost, the TAM explodes with cheaper rides. That flips the economics and makes saturating markets viable (and more profitable).
