It's Memorial Day. Like many of you, I'm thinking today of someone who gave the last full measure. While we remember those that didn't make it back, I say we honor them by releasing one who did: my dog. She did nothing wrong, but she's in a cell. #SaveLucy @realDonaldTrump

I am not here to argue Sen. Mayes Middleton’s intent with SB 854, whether he knew this would help mosques and groups like NAIT build more cities. I appreciate that the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops felt the need to defend him with their April 16 letter. That said, both Sen. Middleton and the TCCB seem to treat every religious organization the same and assume good intentions will always prevail. They don’t seem to grasp how neutral bill language like this can, and WOULD, be exploited by actors who view zoning loopholes, property rights, and religious liberty claims as tools for large-scale expansion on NAIT-held mosque properties across Texas. This whole debacle proves they simply do not understand the war we are in. The sponsor’s own bill analysis makes this unmistakably clear. SB 854 was written to apply to any 501(c)(3) religious organization. It explicitly lists “mosques” in the sponsor’s statement of intent among the institutions that would be empowered to build multifamily and mixed-use housing “by right” on their own land, without special zoning changes, variances, excessive height restrictions, parking minimums, or setback rules. That means a 501(c)(3) like NAIT, the North American Islamic Trust (MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD-TIED), which already holds the deeds to hundreds of mosques, Islamic centers, and schools across Texas and the nation, would have been handed the exact legal tools to fast-track entire housing developments on mosque-owned property, with almost no local government ability to slow it down or say no. At the same time, the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops defends the bill under the assumption that all religious institutions operate with the same intentions and constraints, reinforcing the VERY blind spot that makes legislation like this so dangerous. This is not something hypothetical; we keep showing Texas this is already happening. A clear example is the Renaissance Academy project in Leander. (see here: rairfoundation.com/texas-red-aler…) This Islamic school has already secured 19 acres, raised millions through Sharia-compliant Qard Hasan financing, and is building a major mosque-centered K-12 campus. Their own public FAQ states that once the project is complete and debt-free, the assets will be transferred as waqf under a national organization such as North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) for permanent institutional control. Projects exactly like this, and dozens more already in the pipeline across the state, would have been given the precise legal “keys” they are looking for under SB 854. And wait until you see the massive project we are going to soon be releasing, this pattern is accelerating right now. These documents make one thing clear: the bill was written broadly, defended broadly, and will be used strategically by the Muslim Brotherhood and their many proxies who understand exactly how to leverage it. This is precisely why Chip Roy stands out and why he is light-years ahead of any political leader I have seen on this subject. He has the sophisticated mastery of the threat that this moment demands. Chip is actively tracking Muslim Brotherhood-tied organizations and leaders descending on Texas and across the country, and he has been building a coalition with other Attorneys General/Legal minds to confront this massively complex threat head-on. Texas cannot afford an Attorney General who is blind to these very insidious tactics. We need someone with Chip Roy’s depth, clarity, and willingness to name the threat without flinching, and who is actively studying them.... I wish more Texans would ask WHY Chip Roy is being endlessly targeted and harassed by the Muslim Brotherhood - why do you think they fear him? How many politicians' offices does the Muslim Brotherhood stand outside of and film? How many leaders in Texas have paused to THANK him and his staff for dealing with this nonstop harassment? I am the person who tracks these threats every single day, and I can tell you that the Muslim Brotherhood is hyper obsessed with five political leaders in America right now. Chip Roy is one of them, and Congressman Keith Self is another. That should tell you everything you need to know!

“I’m here for my money and my free house. It’s my dream.” Notice the entitlement. MY money and MY free house. So this is your reminder that mass immigration at this scale is impossible without heavy government funding. They are not coming to the West to work. They are coming for the subsidized lifestyle you pay for. Their net contribution is not zero, it is negative. This would never have happened at this level without a massive public trough funding it. Your tax dollars are the incentive. You work hard, the government takes your money, and funnels it to them. You are funding this reality. Take it up with your government. They are the ones confiscating your earnings to incentivize mass immigration.

🚨 BREAKING: Tom Homan just issued a MAJOR warning as ICE prepares to deploy to airports starting tomorrow 👀🔥 “ICE can check identification before people even enter the screening area.” That means enforcement could begin before TSA checkpoints — a serious shift in how airport security is handled. The message is clear: 👉 Enforcement is expanding 👉 Security is tightening 👉 No more gaps This is what a crackdown looks like. 🇺🇸 Should ICE be checking IDs at airports? A. Yes, 100% B. Yes, but limited use C. No, not appropriate D. Not sure

Thailand after scrapping easy 60-day visa-free for indians. What a beautiful sight…and this isn’t even my country. Imagine seeing them leave in droves from the U.S. If only we had applied the same logic to who we let in and how long they stay.

hey @JDVance in the spirit of Memorial Day, could you please help bring some awareness to this matter? US army veteran @jonesbrendanm dog Lucy has been taken & is at risk of being put down bc of a catty neighbor.. Imagine if Atlas was in the same situation, what would you do? #SaveLucy
