It seems generally true about individuals, but only if you don’t approach any difficult topics. Most people can’t have an honest open conversation without being upset if you have a view or opinion that is not exactly like the one they hold dear. As grown adults we should be able to unemotionally assess our views, talk through them, compare them, maybe even adjust them. I find this is uncommon.

You know what? I may not be the oldest or wisest person on @X, but I am quite observant. One thing that I have discovered in all of the long years I have been on this Earth is this: On the whole, people tend to be very nice in person, but it's when they get into groups that they become major ass holes. Fact, not a fiction inside my head! 🤓
