When managing nefarious people, in my experience, the most important thing to do when holding them accountable is focusing only on the most egregious of policy or performance violations that clearly merit their removal. I believe if we take down those closest to him, for example, Paolo Zampolli, it will wound his rule enough to warrant peaceful removal. But there are others to do the same with. An information blitzkrieg of sorts I guess.
