⛔️ صباح الأحد 19 يوليو 2026، لم يعد عبد الرحيم فقير (42 عاماً) إلى بيته…فقد لفظ هذا المهاجر المغربي أنفاسه تحت أقدام الشرطة الإيطالية خلال تدخل لها في حي "بيلاسترو" بمدينة بولونيا، بعدما استُدعيت إثر بلاغ من السكان عن حالة هياج كان يعيشها الرجل. جرى إخضاعه برذاذ الفلفل، ثم قُيّدت يداه بأربطة بلاستيكية، و تعرض للاختناق إثر شل حركته بالقوة الجسدية ليصاب على إثرها بسكتة قلبية أودت بحياته. حق الإنسان في الحياة لا يسقط بالهجرة مهما كانت حالة الشخص النفسية أو سلوكه لحظة التدخل، يبقى حقه في الحياة وفي معاملة تحفظ كرامته وسلامته الجسدية مبدأً لا يقبل التنازل. رجل مقيّد اليدين، لا يفترض أن يفارق الحياة في دقائق معدودة…هذا التسلسل من الأحداث (من استخدام رذاذ الفلفل إلى التقييد ثم الوفاة المفاجئة) يضع الشرطة الإيطالية أمام مسؤولية مباشرة عمّا آل إليه الوضع، ويجعل من الصعب قبول الرواية الرسمية دون مساءلة حقيقية. كيف يتحول تدخل أمني "روتيني" إلى مأساة تودي بحياة إنسان أعزل ومكبّل؟ هذا ليس حادثاً عابراً، بل نتيجة مباشرة لتعامل أمني اتسم، على الأقل في ظاهره، بالعنف المبالغ فيه مع مهاجر مغربي كان في أمس الحاجة إلى المساعدة لا إلى القمع. هذه جريمة مكتملة الأركان، لا يمكن تصنيف ما جرى كـ"حادث عارض" أو "وعكة صحية" منفصلة عن سياقها، النتيجة كانت مباشرة لتسلسل تدخل أمني اتسم بالعنف و خنق الأنفاس. الصمت أو التبرير الرسمي لن يعيد عبد الرحيم إلى أهله، لكن المساءلة والعقاب هما أقل ما يمكن أن نطالب به دفاعاً عن كرامة كل مغربي يعيش بعيداً عن وطنه.
