@manonpiws Morning. I’m working as head of digital clinical systems, safety and transformation (digital for short) and have been for 8 years. I was fortunate a role appeared that I had no experience for but now there’s courses and MSc’s available. It is absolutely worth considering!

I'd love to hear from AHPs who are working/have worked in a role that is slightly different to their original profession. For example working in public health, or transformation. What's it like and how did you get into it? Would you recommend a side quest?
