So skip AI and book a date instead. All of the dresses, lingerie, heels, jewelry, flights, hotels, restaurants, toys, etc. do far more for economic growth than ChatGPT.

Is there anything that makes you feel more incompetent in the kitchen than when you break both of the yolks on the fried eggs you’re trying to cook for breakfast?

@lylamalone_ I have an EV and love it - it’s quiet, accelerates instantly, I charge it while I’m home or at work so I never have to stop at a gas station, it saves money on gas, and the environmental benefits are clear. The only downside is that it’s a pain to charge on a longer roadtrip.

Not gunna lie, I would love an Hermes Kelly, but top next item on my wishlist… is an EV. I’d love to hear from anyone who is already in an EV and what they think of theirs!

Just one small reflection on how unaware most of us were about what would happen as Covid started to spread.

Thinking about 6 years ago as the pandemic started, wondering if a date the following week would get canceled (it did), but looking forward to another date with her in May and then a duo in June when Covid would be all done, not realizing it would be 19 months until my next date.

@_PriscillaReiss It’s for my book club. I’m going to watch one of the classic performances on youtube. It would be fun to find a live performance too.

I devoured this book by one of my favorite authors this weekend: a collection of short stories exploring different complexities of relationships between friends and families, each one packing an emotional wallop.

I've been quiet on here but I've had a lot going on behind the scenes. Finally ready to announce that in the fall I'll be starting a Master of Divinity program at Meadville Lombard Theological School in Chicago on the ordination track. This has been a long time in the making!

@leialoke There are definitely some people at work who I would love to be able to refer to my favorite companions. Of course, since we’re all so discreet, maybe they’re already seeing companions too.

In most industries, word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising. Unfortunately, in our line of work, that’s the one type of marketing that works the least. Men don’t exactly go around recommending their favorite provider to their friends — especially the married ones. If referrals worked the way they do in other industries, I’d probably be five times busier. I know I’m good at what I do. But discretion changes the rules.
