For months before I took full control of Okay, returning to the Top 10 volume charts felt like a distant memory rather than a real possibility.
I’ve been rebuilding from the ground up. Internally, it’s been about restoring our team’s confidence in Okay and empowering them to lead instead of just execute. Externally, we’ve focused on rebuilding relationships within the community, tackling communication issues we’ve had since day one, and refocusing on the Okay message above all else.
Okay flew way too close to the sun and crashed back to square one. Not many projects survive such a hard reset, yet we still have 400+ daily active holders believing in our comeback.
Screenshots like this one are a testament to a community and a team that are finally aligned and won’t back down until we’re back up again.
