Maximal peak power on the bike.
Potential applications:
• Profiling with anaerobic power reserve (APR)
• HIIT bike conditioning as % APR
• Benchmark for neuromuscular fatigue across season
Recommended protocol:
• Maximal 6-10s effort
• Take highest 3s average as peak
• 2-3 efforts, with 2 mins rest
