@PetsatHome stop using DPD! they purposely choose not to deliver parcels (to flats) from yourselves. unfortunately, i’m not able to get certain things in store as they’re online exclusives. it’s only DPD who i have issues with, they make excuses. (1/2)

Very poor service from @PetsatHome Gloucester today. My partner phoned before leaving to check if they had the required dog food in stock. Told 'yes' so he drove 21.5 miles to buy some. On arrival he's told it's not in stock!! No helpful suggestions other than 'buy it online'

@PetsatHome hello my subscribe order wasn’t needed so I never picked it up. I didn’t get a refund so I went back to check my account status and it says collected. I’m quite shocked and confused - I’ve definitely not picked it up so how can it have been collected? Very angry

Why is it okay for a receptionist to just completely blank me when asking them a question, and then give me a dirty look and a patronising voice when I ask again @PetsatHome? Luckily the other receptionist was very helpful - she eventually had to answer for her. Not great.
