Returned my child to school after the Eid break this afternoon, walking to the parking, security asks for my pass out, and which year I’m in 😭 I say I’m a parent, they don’t believe me. Had to call the girl on loudspeaker; “Yes mummy, did you forget something?” 😂 Just like that, I confirmed, but luckily, my hair was out & students have braids. But honestly, these days, kids have full adult features 😭 Could it be the diet? Why are they in such a hurry to grow physically 😢

"Beauty with brains" isn’t a compliment, it’s a backhanded stereotype. It assumes intelligence is rare in women but default in men. No one says ‘handsome with brains’. Bcoz a man’s intelligence is expected. When a woman has both, you call it exceptional. It’s not. It’s normal.✌️
