Finally F'n Friday, I've been looking forward to today all week long.

7am CrossFit was a series of 5 - 3 minute AMRAPs of 1 Rope Climb 9 Thrusters I got 17 rounds and that meant 17 rope climbs. I think that this was the most rope climbs I have ever done in 14 years of CrossFit workouts.

Even with the extensive experience I have with CrossFit workouts there will always be one a week or ao where I walk away brutalized feeling like what the hell did I do...and why! It didn't seem that bad before the workout.

TODAY IS THE DAY! Make sure you get out to your local comic shop to pick up my cover for Supergirl issue 13, from @DCOfficial!! This is my first published DC cover, and I couldn’t be happier that I got the opportunity to tackle Kara and Connor (and both in leather jackets, too)!!

I just have to be phenomenal for the next hour and today will be a success. It's okay I know I'll win in the end, I'm writing my own life's story.

The fire drill actually worked well for me, rather than going back to my workspace I ran out to pick up a critical peripheral. Getting from and back to work in less than 30 minutes including finding parking took some effort. I'm sure it drained my tank more than I wanted too.

I have a sneaking suspicion that today is fire drill day in the office place. Luckily I have more than adequately prepared. I have successfully caffeinated. I found the escape stairs. I have the what nots needed to get the f out & know a close coffee shop to watch it all pass.
