If you a position coach you are the head coach of your room. If you are a coordinator then you are the head coach of your side of the ball. So him being a great head coach doesn’t surprise me at all.

Now once you find one that is physically attractive to you. You begin doing your digging/research does she have her own place, car, career, ambition, personality, emotionally stable etc For recruits that looks like (work ethic, competitive, good teammate, transcripts, etc)

This Recruiting world similar to dating. That highlight film is a women looks. It’s the first thing men typically see. A women could be good looking just not your preference. A film could be nice. Just not what a coach is looking for 🤷🏿‍♂️ Miss one bus. Next one coming 15min!
