So, stop coaching if you can’t show up when you are pose to. Simple. Tell the players you can’t give them all of you. & stop asking them to give you all of them. Again, kids .. don’t play for coaches like this..

My favorite part is when they end camp riddled with injuries, and the old coaching staff just starts going on and on about “kids these days…”, “back in my day…”

@CoachAdrian_ I missed out on a several things I worked all summer for because coach wanted to have 2 three and a half hour practices during 2 a days. We had more surgeries than wins that year and the winter sports had depleted numbers because they got hurt during football season.

@nathanswords_ @CoachAdrian_ I mean it would be the same if your a electrician or a plumber. Your going to be away working atleast while being a coach you have from noon to whenever to chill with them

That’s exactly what it is, coach. They just want to put on some team gear & be around on Friday night.. they don’t want to work at all.
