Powerlifting meet recap S-430 just did an easy heavier squat wanted to save my legs for Nationals. B-315 this was an absolute grinder but a massive meet PR . D- 551 this was the heaviest weight I’ve ever touched on deadlifts and it felt super light ! @USAPLMI @FootballHowell
