I’m in Boston rn. It feels like I’m in some post Soviet Eastern European country. Everyone looks depressed af. It’s cold and cloudy. All the buildings are crappy mid century concrete blocks that haven’t aged well. There’s a handful of older buildings that look nice. No one trusts anyone else and all interactions follow some weird bureaucratic script no one’s explained to me. Outsiders are viewed with suspicion.
