The deal is official. The Angels are getting SS Angel Arredondo. He's 19 and has a .789 OPS at Class-A. He's not in the top 30 Rangers prospects (MLB or BA). They are sending Silseth and O'Hoppe to the Rangers. Travis d'Arnaud activated.
