@waitrose customer service is appalling. They are completely ignoring the issue I had with a piece of plastic I found in my food and almost choked one.

@Tiles_Direct your driver left my tiles in the middle of the raod, blocking in my neighbours car & obstructing the road. I injured my back lifting them and some got damged in the process. The same driver then rang my doorbell & took a pic of me when i answered, which is illegal.
