Two things can be true at once:
1. NIKKE was made with full-intent for straight men who enjoy harems, guns, and jiggling butts.
2. NIKKE can also attract other demographics who enjoy the design of the characters, story, and relationships.

This game should 100% keep aiming to the target demographic. I'm 100% aware I'm not that demographic, and can still appreciate things I don't enjoy. I don't want the game to change or cater to me, or gender, or ideology!

Hi! I’m a woman who regularly plays NIKKE! While I don’t think it’s for everyone - the demographic IS men, after all - I think the game can be enjoyed by everyone! The story’s just that good, after all ✨ I haven’t been playing since day 1 nor do I have the highest level characters, but I love NIKKE regardless!

@VapirDark2 Sort of. Commander is canonically a guy, but honestly anyone can imagine the commander as a woman if they want. Some stuff in the game wouldn’t line up exactly but that’s what the imagination is for.
