You can lie to everybody, but you can’t lie to yourself. The real issue with GMOs isn’t just the science, it’s control. Imagine a few foreign companies owning the seeds that grow our food. They decide, who gets to farm, how much it costs, if they’ll even sell to us at all.

Interpretation… 1. I might leave the ADC because of the legal issues. This was the same reason I left NNPP. 2. From my records, I am a committed party man. So I am not threatening to leave because I’m afraid of primaries (like some people 😒). I have done better than the patron of ADC before, and even when he won, I supported him. 3. I have been a zonal campaign coordinator, former governor, former senator, former defense minister and a PhD holder in Engineering. I cannot be the vice to a second class lower division philosophy graduate who has only been a governor. . . Ultimately he released this to disassociate himself for the nonsense OK movement conference that held yesterday.

Clarification on My Political Position We have noted recent media reports and discussions suggesting a possible realignment within the African Democratic Congress (ADC) due to the current challenges facing the party. In light of the misleading narratives in the public domain, I wish to state categorically that no final decision has been taken regarding my political future or that of my political associates. The recent Supreme Court judgment, while affirming the legitimacy of the David Mark-led National Working Committee (NWC), also remitted the matter back to the High Court. This has left the party in a precarious position. In addition, the Federal High Court has recently ruled to delegitimise the party’s recent convention. The Attorney General of the Federation has also strangely applied to a Federal High Court to deregister the ADC. We left the NNPP due to externally influenced legal problems that made our stay perilous. The ADC has now been also forced into this difficulty. Consequently, like other major stakeholders, we have commenced wide-ranging consultations — including with leaders from the NDC, PRP and others to explore the best options for protecting our democratic interests. We shall announce our decision in the soonest possible time. On the issue of presidential candidacy, I wish to recall my consistent record as a committed democrat. In the 2014 APC presidential primary, I came second to President Muhammadu Buhari (whom I fully supported to victory), with Atiku Abubakar third, Rochas Okorocha fourth, and the late Sam Nda-Isaiah fifth. Similarly, in 2019, I contested the PDP presidential ticket and immediately supported the winner, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, serving as the campaign’s coordinator in the North. I have always placed national interest and party unity above personal ambition. Furthermore, the ADC is yet to zone its presidential ticket or take any decision on a candidate. I have therefore neither declared any intention to run for president nor endorsed any aspirant. All speculations to the contrary are premature and unfounded. My absence from the two recent ADC stakeholders’ meetings was due to unavoidable personal commitments. I promptly communicated my apologies to the party leadership. We shall continue to engage constructively at all levels. Any definitive position on our political direction will be communicated formally through official channels at the appropriate time. Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE Former Governor, Kano State Former Minster of Defence

You can't keep moving like this & wonder why some people allege that you are working with/for APC. You may not like the people in the opposition, but you also know you & your party AAC can't win a presidential election against APC, so what are you doing? APC should continue?

I Declined the Ibadan “Opposition Summit” Nigerians Deserve a Genuine Alternative, Not Recycled Failure I was invited to attend the so-called “Opposition Summit” in Ibadan, but I declined. There is no need to pretend that the same men (and a few women) who held Nigeria to ransom for years, presiding over stagnation, corruption, and systemic decay, can suddenly reinvent themselves as champions of progress or defenders of the people. Not all Nigerians are suffering from amnesia. For the avoidance of doubt, our revolutionary party, the African Action Congress (@aacparty ), will not be part of any charade designed to recycle failed political actors under the guise of “opposition.” Instead, we are committed to presenting a formidable, people-driven alternative, one rooted in integrity, accountability, and genuine transformation. We will mobilize Nigerians across the country to rally behind a credible vision that rejects the decadence and deception represented by both the @OfficialAPCNg and their opportunistic counterparts in ADC, PDP, Labour Party and elsewhere Nigeria does not need a rearrangement of the same broken pieces, it needs a complete break from the past. #AACOurParty #RevolutionNOW #TakeItBack

This democracy we are enjoying today is brought by some people chief among them alive are IBB, Abdulsalami, Aliyu Gusau and some others. I want this elders to call Tinubu to a meeting and tell him that he cannot destroy the democracy they brought, he should allow opposition live and contest. Wallahi a single trigger can crash this democracy, of course they would want to use security forces to crush it but when push becomes shove even the security persons can revolt. Why not allow the opposition be ?

Binani major problem is it must be her way or no way, what was proposed in sharing of Congress was that 33% will go to the legacy ADC, 33% to Bindow people, 33% to Binani and 1% to Atiku. Remember ADC has been a major party in Adamawa even before being adopted as coalition party. Her problem was that the chairman must be from her side, the incumbent chairman Sadiq Dasin is with Bindow, incumbent decided to stand for reelection and she objected.

This is the best insight I've ever seen about why Ambode's second term wasn't fulfilled: "Ambode was just a victim of the political calculation of the 2023 presidential card in 2019. It was never in the plan to deny him his second term. His rejection was never about his performance or disloyalty to the party leadership."

Tbvh Sowore ticks all the boxes for Nigeria’s next President. He is from the South, young, and has no corruption record. The only thing against him is that he is not in bed with the same thieves others support.
