I am frustrated with the MH signal of ‘it is ok to not be ok’ I think this is wrong. The msg should be ‘it is ok to ask for help’ or ‘to say I am not ok’ rather than feeling not ok, being ok. Because it isn’t and needs sorting quickly. Something gets big very quickly. Change ok!
