Can we talk about this for a second? I've seen so many people, mostly fans, be super angry about this new rule that @OffKaiExpo is implementing for future conventions. Yet, they are only thinking about themselves & their oshi. This is actually a GOOD RULE! As someone who has been attending similar types of conventions for over 15 years I can say this is a great change from what is "normal" at conventions! WHY? Because most conventions play heavily into FAVORITISM when selecting guests. You will get someone who is a guest EVERY CON. These Vtubers can still attend the con! Not being a guest does not stop them from attending, unless they only want to attend if they are featured. It just means they won't be marketed on all the promos & on the website. This also gives tons of other vtubers a chance! - I've never had a chance to guest at a con - I've never had a chance to have a meet & greet - I've never had a chance to be featured like this despite applying many times to similar opportunities I know I'm not the only person working hard that hasn't had these opportunities yet. So honestly. W rule. Plus, as written, your oshi can return for a future con. I know it's not ideal, and I'm sure you'd love to see your favorite promoted constantly but someone else's oshi will now get a chance. So can we please stop acting like this is a bad rule & actually think about it before getting angry???

Update: Doctors are saying most of it was a stressed induced anxiety attack mixed with malnutrition from starvation and overexhertion. I still have my blood test results to wait over but for the most part it checks out. I have been struggling incredibly hard to keep myself afloat as of late and I have basically been keeping myself from being homeless rather than keeping myself fed. My rent takes the majority of my disability with 900/1200 every 2 weeks (I get paid every 2 weeks) If you wish to help you can either spread the word of me needing help, buying from the shop or donating to me.
