@phibetakitten I sold a house in Santa Rosa and there was an Eames chair facing corner windows just like that and that was the biggest selling point for the buyer. I’d sit there for hours if I were you.

Air temp 85F, unheated pool temp 70F…not ideal, but good enough for a brief first dip in our new pool. No bears allowed in this one (unless they are human 🌈😉)
