As @OCMarathon runners came through Ward 4 in #SantaAna, Wendy and I joined the @CityofSantaAna's Water Resources Division and the Segerstrom High School Track Team in handing out Santa Ana's award-winning best-tasting and highest-quality tap water in the nation to the runners.

On April 30, Councilmember Thai Viet Phan, City staff, and I took part in the Black April Remembrance Ceremony in Westminster to honor those whose lives were lost during the Vietnam War and the Vietnamese refugees who came to the USA in the pursuit of opportunity and freedom.
