I've found the cure to depression... ⬇️ (it's simple)
For entrepreneurs (not medical cases), the cure is simple: setting goals that are actually achievable from your current position.
The reason you experience doubt, sadness, or "depression" in your entrepreneurial journey is that your goals and motivation structure are misaligned with reality.
I recently spoke with a friend falling into this state. Sometimes you need to acknowledge these feelings before they worsen.
Here's the truth: Having massive goals that feel impossible is what's making you sad. When you don't see light at the end of the tunnel because $50K/month seems impossible when you're at $1K/month, depression sets in.
The solution: Set your goal to $4K/month and moving to Bali instead of $50K/month and Miami with an SVJ. Make your targets feel attainable.
When your daily efforts genuinely move you closer to realistic goals, you experience progress rather than perpetual frustration.
As for motivation - focus on self-improvement rather than material possessions. It's fine to want nice things, but success comes easier when your motivation is personal growth.
Small tasks feel meaningless when measured against the goal of owning a Lamborghini. But when self-improvement is your priority, those same tasks give you more motivation because each one represents personal progress.
The cure is simple:
Create attainable goals
Put self-improvement at the forefront of your business journey
Watch as depression fades when progress becomes visible
love u, u got this❤️

I was talking to one of my friends recently and he is in a rut...
I was in a rut as well 4 months ago, but I realized the exact reason why anyone falls into ruts, "depression", or sadness.
and it's that you don't create goals that feel achievable.
and you have the wrong motivation when going through the business journey.
You need to genuinely have the motivation for self improvement when going through business, or else its nearly impossible to succeed.
