[Thread] At Treasure Cup #1 (São Paulo, May 3), @CityClassGames gave my Top 32 prize to someone else.

(2/3) Someone else claimed my prize by probably faking that screen (AI makes it trivial). When I got to the front with my real ID + Bandai app, my nickname was already crossed out. I showed my nickname, but City Class Games refused to give me my prize.

(1/3) City Class Games ran Treasure Cup #1 in São Paulo on May 3. I finished Top 17, owed a Top 32 prize. Their prize pickup system: show a screen with your nickname + position. No Bandai ID. No official ID. A disaster waiting to happen.
