@PageauJonathan The enlightenment saw true differentiation of the value spheres (spirit/art, morals, & science). Each field was able to pursue its own development on its own terms while still being related as parts of the whole. @ConceptualJames, @PageauJonathan isn't injecting, he's noticing.

Ok, now let's go back to the beginning of this whole mess, which was me posting an article about strange religious activities and claims at Open AI, futurism.com/openai-employe… and let me quote my original statement: "The future is religious, no one can stop that anymore. The question remaining is what that religiosity will be turned toward." It is not that I am trying to inject mysticism back into our thinking, it is already happening, fast. Now the question again is, will you whine and bitch, or will you clarify your vision enough to understand why it is happening? Because if you think you can stop it, you will find yourself put in heretic jail by a transhuman rainbow robot god.

"Jesus died the way he did to commnicate to all people that we are inherently loved. Despite the ridicule, the betrayal, and the suffering he forgave and loved all the same". How would you amend this? Remember, we are speaking to a 3 year old.

@PageauJonathan , I've become a father of two since we last spoke. My eldest has become interested in "baby Jesus" . Christmas is fast approaching and I want to relay to her the importance/ principle of Christ's sacrifice in the simplest of terms. I've formulated the following:

This is Jupiter and Semele, painted in 1895 by a French artist called Gustave Moreau. It might not look "modern", but Moreau influenced everybody from Picasso to Matisse to Dalí. Here's how Gustave Moreau invented modern art...

When members of the electorate are too easily swayed to reject or approve based on a single issue, they have abandoned their responsibility as free-thinking agents integral to the greater whole. Faction ensues.

Musician and producer Jacob Collier frequently experiments with audience during his tours. This is how he turns his entire concert audience into a choir, signalling at different sections to move up or down a note [IG: buff.ly/3MMGndR]
