@loosewomen Charlene get a grip on reality! Most employers are not corporates with unending pots of money. Saying employers should pay for parents to have school summer holidays off(albeit with the normal salary for 12 months spread over 11 months) defies belief. More businesses would fold!

The Great British Summer is underway, but for many parents their minds are focused on childcare rather than sun, sea and sand. Should parents get extra paid leave for the school summer holidays?
