Master the basics until they're unconscious. You can't play strategy if you're still thinking about how to move the pieces.

@comfortfajugbag Most times it's poor budget fit, unclear value, no urgency or even comparison shopping (the most annoying) & interestingly there are those who simply lack of courage to say no especially if you were likeable in the conversation phase.

One of the hardest parts about life, especially as a man, is that you're rarely allowed to have low moments. You can't unplug, slow down, or drift from what's considered normal without being treated like a problem to fix, instead of a person who needs grace, patience & time to heal.

A man who keeps answering, teaches others to keep asking. This week, you need to know that some people are not looking for an understanding. They're always looking for a debate. Give them that, and you've already lost time. Not everything deserves a discussion, not every opinion deserves a response. Sometimes the strongest move is simple. Just nod and keep it moving. Be very, very clear about what you're willing to engage with and, most importantly, what you are not. Because the more you entertain everything, the more people assume that everything is up for discussion. #KyamageroDaily

Today, we stood together as brothers, as family, as the Jabbagurus, to honor and celebrate the life of our dear friend Brian Kisekka. In the silence of the vigil, in the prayers we shared, and in the memories that filled our hearts, we paid our last respects to a soul who meant so much to us. Gone from our sight, but never from our bond. Rest well, Brian. You will always be one of us.

I'm KABUGO. I work with young ones, graduates, working class and folks who are trying to figure out this life thing. • I coach careers. • I train graduates. • I build men. • I teach money. • I talk faith & purpose. • Impactful leadership. My passion is simple: People should live better. Not just earn more. Actually, live better, lead better and leave something worth leaving. I do this through mentorship programs, direct coaching and online. I show up daily; online and in person... with truth most people are too polite to say out loud. My timeline says more. For bookings, send DM. Organizations, Universities, Institutions, Schools, Companies, Individuals, Clubs, Associations.

Not all teaching results in learning. Effective teaching is defined not by what the teacher covers, but by what the students learn.

@drtalieybita Most times, they're just missing marketing. The market does not reward how long you have existed as much as it rewards how clearly and consistently you stay visible, relevant & desirable.

Newer businesses often attract more hype and excitement. Are older businesses missing something? Why is it easier to support a “new” business than to stay loyal to a brand that’s been around for years?

Trouble, problems & challenges are not always bad. Most times, they're just signs of movement. The real problem is when you keep running into the same ones repeatedly. That means the issue isn't "life." It is you.

True, but there's still a lot of work to do to make the market worthwhile. Consumer mindset, for example. Many people still don't fully trust e-commerce because, to them, a brick & mortar business feels more legitimate or “real.” Then there are also policy * regulatory challenges that make it harder to build and scale.

Anthropic made $6 billion in revenue in a single month of February!!! I will always say this, farming will never make this country rich, technology and only technology has powers to do so. And Ugandan Startup founders, stop building things for Uganda and African market, build things for the world market, if you target USA, UK, Canada etc the better but whatever you build, target people with disposable income. That's why every country however big it is and having many citizens like china, India, they always fight to the last drop to be able to sell to USA. Ugandan market is very small for tech business, you might not compete with silicone valley investment but you have an advantage of cost of production. You will need a very big advertising budget just to break through in Africa than you will need to breakthrough outside Africa.
