good question. the mona lisa is highly revered because it was revolutionary at the time. it’s like when the iphone first launched. no one had ever done anything like it before. it's not just a painting but a cultural symbol of the renaissance.

The scientific community is driven by people attempting to disprove established laws and known facts.

Phillip, that's entirely false. Your scientific worldview is blinding you to the possibility of other explanations for life and the universe. The case for ID is growing every year and is supported by hundreds and hundreds of peer-reviewed papers. And those papers are but a trickle of what could be getting published given the risks for bucking the scientific mainstream consensus. But the tide is definitely turning as more scientists acknowledge the shortcomings of the current evolutionary mechanism. It's a new day in biology, friend.
