Actors act on that detail multiple times
Detailed acts are then filtered and chosen by the director
Filtered ones are then given to Client for Approval

Neither Nicole nor Durin are dedicated supports for Varka. Varka’s only “dedicated” support is Prune, who also works with DPS Venti and is close in performance to C6 Faruzan at C6.

I'm lowkey convinced Mariachi and it's CCW were made the way they were specifically to make these two not feel COMPLETELY useless on account of having to rely on Tune in order to function, which if they did, mad respect (even if it didn't work lol)

doing this on an enemy without a permanent cryo aura will change it to pyro very quickly
the most likely reason for this gameplay was to retain as much BoL as possible for the burst, bc c6
