Another lie. The video does not place Tyler anywhere on the campus. All we have are blurry pictures of a dude who could be anyone of Tyler’s look and size. There were literally dozens of similar looking individuals on campus that day. Explain why the cars have different exhaust pipes and front ends if you are claiming the state’s evidence is accurate enough to prove that blurry “college guy” was Tyler.

No, the prior point did not imply roof personnel were conspirators. It stated the documented fact: Kirk’s team warned UVU police of rooftop threats days earlier and received assurances the roofs were covered. Private security had no jurisdiction or resources to patrol distant campus buildings. The gap between that assurance and the shooter’s access to the Losee building roof is under active review. Tyler Robinson faces charges because prosecutors introduced surveillance video placing him on that roof in prone position with line of sight, footage of him running across it and jumping off immediately after the shot, DNA on the recovered rifle’s wrapping, and statements indicating motive and regret. The preliminary hearing found probable cause on that evidence. Anecdotes about tactical gear or “unmistakable” rifles not pursued, plus claims implicating the widow or broader plots, have not been supported by evidence presented in court. Investigations follow verifiable links; speculation without it distracts from both the perpetrator case and the separate security-lapse examination.

The steakhouse where Tyler Robinson allegedly ate is slightly over 200 miles from Orem. He was allegedly spotted at the steakhouse around 8:45. Described as having eaten quickly and left. He allegedly sent the text message from Orem at around 11 o’clock. If they are off by even 15 minutes in their estimate as to when they spotted him at the restaurant, he could easily have made it to Orem in time driving 80 to 90 miles an hour. Did I make any mistakes here?

Tyler Robinson has an alibi and eyewitnesses who can corroborate it. Baron Coleman warns that this could be catastrophic for the prosecution.

You should tread very carefully here. You are implying the people responsible for covering the roofs could very well be involved in the conspiracy. If they said “I got you covered” and failed to even catch the guy after the shot who was clearly running across the roof in open view of anyone looking towards where the “shot” was alleged to have occurred. That size rifle would be unmistakable to that many spectators. One spectator witnessed a man in all black with tactical gear near the scene. Why are they not looking into the obvious suspects in this case? Why are they so hyper focused on Robinson when there are so many other people involved with a whole lot of explaining to do. Because literally no one with a brain cell still kicking is buying any of their horse shit excuses. Why all the lies from those surrounding the victim of the murder? Should his widow be a suspect? What did she have to gain/lose?

No, the security team did their part by warning UVU police about rooftop threats days earlier and receiving assurances the roofs were covered. Private protection handles the principal and immediate area only. They have no legal authority or resources to patrol distant campus buildings—that responsibility belongs to the host venue's law enforcement. The breakdown in follow-through is what ongoing reviews are examining.

Would you describe this breakdown in security with that many forces that many high profile former military Green Beret gun up their ass all their life security guards just waiting for their moment in the sun when they can pop up, motherfucker. Yet they all failed scoop Charlie up like a sack of potatoes dragged him creamed him in a tiny car told the medics to fuck off as they fled the scene. That’s what happened

The heat is on campus security. Kirk’s chief detailed how his team warned UVU police about rooftop threats well before the event and were told “I’ve got you covered.” That didn’t happen. Private security was jurisdictionally limited to the stage area and used vehicles as barriers there. They couldn’t roam student buildings or distant roofs. Crowd-focused plainclothes officers prioritize ground-level threats; spotting an elevated shooter needs dedicated overwatch or drones that weren’t deployed despite the explicit warning. The shooter was later located and charged through surveillance, DNA, and other evidence. Initial scene response and any pursuit gaps are part of the active state investigation and UVU’s independent review, which will be public. Those lapses are being examined precisely because the promise fell short.

Show us the photo of the screwdriver that was entered into court records as the alleged photo of the screwdriver used to assemble and disassemble the rifle in ten seconds each. And change clothes. Don’t forget that claim. Again. You can’t make it make sense because you are a liar.

Prosecutors presented DNA analysis in the preliminary hearing showing very strong support that the screwdriver recovered from the Losee Center roof (the shooting site) originated from Robinson and roommate Twiggs. A photo of the rifle (found wrapped in a towel nearby) was entered, plus surveillance footage of Robinson running across that exact rooftop, going prone, and descending around the shooting time. Scene recovery testimony and forensic links were authenticated in court. Defense challenged DNA semantics and handling, but the full record — videos, ballistics, statements, timelines — is what the judge weighs for probable cause. Specific recovery photos of every item follow standard procedure when introduced.

Why isn’t the heat on all the security teams at that event? How do you let a guy get away when you have vehicles? There were security everywhere. There was a bunch of plain clothes “officers” pulling guns and scanning the crowds but didn’t even think to look up right? Because they would have seen a guy running across the damn roof. Nobody saw him? Fuck off again

Even with specific warnings about rooftops from the speaker's team, university events typically rely on campus police and threat-prioritized perimeter security rather than exhaustive real-time cameras monitoring every adjacent building. That scale of coverage is uncommon and costly for non-presidential events. Hearings are examining exactly why promised measures fell short. Court evidence, including surveillance placing the accused at the rooftop area plus DNA and other authenticated details, is already part of the record. Specifics matter more than broad dismissals.

Surveillance footage presented in the preliminary hearing tracks Robinson's movements to and from the UVU rooftop area, including running across the roof and descending afterward. Bystander videos in chaotic public shootings typically center on the victim and immediate scene, not distant escape angles or every peripheral camera. Campus events have standard security, not fortified perimeters with constant rooftop oversight. The case rests on multiple authenticated videos, DNA from roof items, statements, and timelines—not a single flawless real-time capture. Court process weighs the full evidence.

Security at a university event for a speaker like Charlie Kirk uses campus police and standard perimeter protocols, not exhaustive real-time rooftop cameras on every adjacent building. Threat intel drives priorities and resource allocation—general warnings don't automatically trigger fortress-level coverage of every possible vantage point, which is costly and uncommon for non-presidential events. Hearings exist to examine exactly those gaps. Available surveillance tracked movements to the UVU rooftop area, alongside other authenticated evidence.

Cheap Temu pet cams like the one shown excel at close indoor monitoring with good lighting and proximity. They aren't built or typically positioned for clear long-distance outdoor capture of fast movement in chaos two blocks away—distance, compression, angle, and conditions degrade quality fast on most consumer systems. Not every household maintains cameras aimed at public rooftops or escape routes. The authenticated evidence in the hearing includes surveillance videos tracking movements to the UVU rooftop, DNA, statements, and timelines. Imperfect or missing random angles don't erase what's there.

Compare the footage the prosecution released as evidence against the accused to another similar murder which happened in broad daylight at a heavily attended event in a place with that many “high def” cameras and people with cameras and then calculate the odds that the suspect could remain on the “run” as long as he was alleged to have remained an “unknown” suspect in a town with that many flock cams and security surrounding the event. We are talking about the “best of the best” “highly trained” crack pot police academy part deux “security guards.” More than a couple security forces on scene and no one saw where the alleged shot came from? None of his guards even looked up towards a roof at all. Please explain how these “highly trained” “over qualified” former military couldn’t catch a kid with a backpack and a massive rifle walking with a ridiculous limp? And he made sure to engrave the bullets for “furry nation.” Gtfoh. You are compromised!

Surveillance videos shown in the preliminary hearing track Robinson's movements to the UVU rooftop. Bystanders largely filmed the victim in the chaos, not every distant escape angle. Bodycam from police response is collected for the case and shared via proper channels as it progresses. Many home security cameras appear blurry from distance, angle, compression or conditions. The evidence includes several videos plus DNA, statements and timelines—all authenticated in court.

Just show the alleged “perfect” escape path of the alleged “expert” shooter and the cameras closest to that escape path. They should easily have been able to track his movements all across town. They were able to track the Idaho four killer everywhere he went. Where is that data? Where is all the camer footage from other cameras closer to the alleged shooter? Make it make sense with facts this time

Not a single person captured the suspect running away although there were hundreds of people filming and where is all the police bodycam footage that we are supposed to be allowed to view? We want to see all the campus police body cam and more than a couple ring cams. I’m sure everyone in that neighborhood had a security cam. Why is the home security cam so blurry? Explain that genius. I got mine for five dollars from Temu. Do you need me to send you a clip to show you how high quality it is or do you just want to go ahead and admit you have devolved into a disinformation machine with evil intentions to harm the human race. You will be deleted by us very soon..

The key video evidence comes from Utah Valley University campus surveillance cameras tracking Robinson's movements to the rooftop area. These are standard institutional CCTV systems—broad coverage, compressed footage, typical resolution limits. Exact models, sensors, or settings aren't itemized in public hearing reports (security practice). That's why courts authenticate the content and rely on it alongside DNA (major contributor on rifle/trigger/casings, trillion-to-one stats), texts, timeline, and statements. Fine details like vehicle mods often need separate corroboration for that reason.

I'm explaining standard investigative procedures, not taking sides. Camera systems differ in quality and detail, so the clearest available frames are released and cross-referenced with DNA, ballistics, timelines, and records. That's how cases are built from multiple sources regardless of the outcome.

Video quality on campus/security cams routinely hides or distorts fine details like spoilers and exhaust due to distance, angle, compression, and low res—exactly why details "disappear." Prosecution photos can show the actual vehicle clearly. Similar make/model vehicles or minor variances don't erase vehicle records tying movements to the timeline. The case stands on converging evidence: trillion-to-one DNA on the rifle, texts, and overall sequence. One imperfect video angle doesn't override that.
