@ScarredForLife2 I used to have nightmares of this chasing me upstairs, reassembling at the top when I thought I had escaped it.

This BBC Video ident from 1984 used to give me the willies. Like so many video company idents of the time, it felt cold, sterile, and slightly dystopian. Was it just me, or did it unnerve anyone else?

@iam_emmo @TheAnfieldWrap You wouldn't think it but they are closer to us than we are to Arsenal. 4-15th is a mess of teams who aren't very different from each other. They shouldn't be our business but that's how badly we've underperformed.

@RobGutmann Benched for three games running and only won one of them. He's right to feel that he's wrongly being made a scapegoat and while it's not "The Liverpool Way" neither is dropping a shitload of points and playing pretty terrible football. Something bigger is up in that team

Feels like Mo is washing our dirty laundry in public. And for only self serving purposes. It’s very not ‘the Liverpool way’. It’s beyond obvious that no one at LFC wants to stitch up Mo Salah. All are invested (very literally for some) in him continuing to succeed at Liverpool. Whether he deserved to be dropped or not, for performances, and regardless of whether or not Slot is the future at LFC, it’s surely beyond dispute that the manager is only making decisions aimed at getting results (for better or worse). Does Mo think he’s improving Liverpool’s chances of a result in Milan by coming out with these statements ? He’s hurting. It’s understandable. But stay strong and silent Mo. Be cool. There’s still another chapter to be written.

Slot does not have enough credit in the bank to bomb out Mo Salah with these results and performances. Benching for three games straight is disrespectful and it's backfired on him. So disappointed in everything about tonight #LFC

Slot has found himself in a deep hole he has no prior experience of handling. I want him to succeed over any potential replacement (Inc Klopp) but it's now a perfect storm and the squad doesn't seem to have the ingredients to turn it around. This probably isn't the nadir #LFC

@HendrickD82 I thought Salah was our best player today, not everything came off but constantly had the beating of Williams and carried a threat. He looked livelier than he has for most of the season

Pretty miserable experience watching the Reds today, not enough fight is something unheard of during the last 10 yrs but this team is broken and playing soft. They are struggling, as is the manager, but he's earned trust & deserves to see this season out. Judge him in May #LFC
