@phoenix_solomzi @nitrg @zacxfatima24 She said it was a chore meaning she’s mentally not attracted to her husband. Sex is not a to do list if you enjoy having sex with your partner. He didn’t shame her he pointed out that she made their sex lives complicated. She wants the wife title but he doesn’t get wife benefits

@selinacalabres @nitrg @zacxfatima24 Then he should try and make it not feel like a chore, honestly. Instead of trying to shame her, there’s nothing wrong with how she feels but he should be trying to meet her halfway so that all teams win.

@Krazi_J @Musa_Khawula No, the legal ruling Ngizwe Mchunu is facing is strictly binding because it was handed down by the Equality Court, not just the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC)

The South African Human Rights Commission finds Ngizwe Mchunu guilty of hate speech, harassment and unfair discrimination inciting violence against the LGBTQIA+ community. The South African Human Rights Commission orders Ngizwe Mchunu to issue a public apology, undergo human rights training and pay R250 000 in damages.
Musa Khawula@Musa_Khawula

The South African Human Rights Commission orders Ngizwe Mchunu to apologize for his homophobic remarks and immediately seize publishing content that incites violence or discrimination against LGBTI+ persons. The South African Human Rights Commission further instructs Ngizwe Mchunu to remove his homophobic content from his associated channels. Refusal to cooperate may see the South African Human Rights Commission constitute legal action against Ngizwe Mchunu.

@Musa_Khawula The SAHRC does not have enforcement capacity as it is not a court of law. This means Ngizwe can simply choose to ignore their ruling. Should that happen the SAHRC will then have to approach the courts to rule in their favour and enforce.
