@PhoenixGroupUK Phoenix Life are utter rubbish. I asked on 12 Dec for a h/c of Your Retirement Benefit Ilustrations. 21 Jan still NOTHING. I telephoned and asked them to post this to me again. 27 January still nothing. This morning after holding on for over 40 mins I hung up.
