When I finished Evangelion I didn't think it was quite a high favorite of mine but after EoE rocked my world its really got me reconsidering. I haven't been able to think about anything else for 3 days.

The Odyssey in IMAX vs. regular screens. So much of the film is lost on a regular screen. Nolan did a disservice to the majority of viewers who don't have access to IMAX.

NGE has many strokes of genius that get lost in the shuffle, but the creeping horror of slowly revealing that the giant robots are actually living creatures mutilated and encased in armour is one of my favourites
