That is the collective Excel experience of my team of 30 people, in one room.
I have personally used Excel for 20 years. Since the very beginning.
We’ve spent decades "crushing it" when it comes to financial modeling.

This is not for individual appeals so it's not on a per address basis. Please list clusters that are clearly wrong and *WHY* the methodology is clearly wrong or how to prove it contains false positives. Please provide feedback within the next 24 hours if possible.
