Weight loss ≠ fat loss You can make the scale plummet very easily just by : • Cutting all carbs • Sweating more • Dropping sodium • Eating less food overall (less in digestion/ transit) The scale will move. Your body weight will drop. But ask the real question: How much of that is actually fat? Most of the time, not much. When you pull carbs, you dump glycogen. Glycogen holds water around 3/4g water per gram of carbohydrate. Lose the glycogen, lose the water, scale drops. When you sweat more, you lose fluids. When you cut sodium, you drop more water again. That is weight loss, NOT fat loss. Fat loss is different. It is slower. It is less dramatic. Fat loss requires: • A sustained calorie deficit • Adequate protein to preserve lean tissue • Enough carbs to train hard and recover • Consistency over MONTHS, weeks, not days Here’s where people get it wrong. They chase the fastest scale drop. They panic when weight rebounds. They tighten food even more. Training quality drops. Muscle is lost. Metabolism adapts. Now you are lighter. But you do not look better. You do not perform better. And fat loss stalls. This is why weight loss is a terrible primary goal. Weight loss can be manipulated. Fat loss has to be earned. Fat loss shows up in: • Waist measurements • Visual changes • Strength retention • How clothes fit • Weekly trends, not daily weigh-ins If the goal is to look better, feel better, and keep the result: 🚨Stop chasing weight. ✅Start chasing body composition. Because the scale going down means nothing if the mirror, performance, and health are going backwards.

Peptide Pens Update: After trying both the V1 & V2 I prefer the V1. (V1 is green V2 is pink) Here’s the differences: I think the V2 is a great option for those who are squeamish about needles. You can elect to leave its open-ended cap on and place it against your skin and never see the needle. This was actually a feature I personally didn’t love about it, because you can barely feel either pen I often wondered if I’d just end up with the contents all over my skin. You can also elect to leave the cap off, so that wasn’t a deal breaker. With the V1 leaving the cap on is not an option. With both, I prefer it off as I’d rather see the needle and also watch the plunger in the vial as it moves to dispense my dose. Ultimately, my preference for the V1 was that it is more slim and easier to hold in my small hands. I also found the button easier to push down, and more smooth feeling, than on the V2. What I love about both is the convenience of not having to pull shots daily. Simply pop on a new needle cap and turn the dial to set your dose in units. I print labels and put them on the vials to remember the dose and amount of bac water & to make them more fun.🧚
