Physiotherapy recruitment has never been so difficult. Not a single suitable application in a month of adverts. What’s happened to all the Physio’s?

@jane_lockstone @scott89gormley We’ve had a lot of physios go to the UK from Sydney however also now had 6 come to our hospital in sydney from Ireland and UK. Only issue is a lot can only work for 6 months at a time due to visas

@physio_samways @scott89gormley I don’t know…we are really struggling with recruitment and filling our vacancies too, both junior and senior physiotherapy positions. We keep asking where have all the physios gone? 🤷‍♀️ so if anyone wants to come and work in Tassie……
