@Right_Cars Why did your FLL branch email me to erroneously claim I must return my prepaid vehicle 5 days before the end of the term and then refuses to answer their telephone in the FLL office? Is there no one accountable to pick up a phone and speak to an active customer?

@priceline But there’s more. You have so little respect for your customers that a recording keeps coming on to repeat the same two jokes over and over. Coming up on two hours of this. Worst of all, the recording says, “You’re on hold, so let’s be on hold together.” 2/
