Placed an order on @nykaacares (Order ID: NYK-346502309-9212730) on 14/04. It reached my city on 16/04 with “same day delivery” promised. Since then, no delivery. The @shadowfax_in delivery agent gives a missed call daily, doesn’t respond, and marks me unresponsive in system. 1/3

@piercingthefog @nykaacares @shadowfax_in Faced same problem few days ago in a pickup order, shadowfax is worst courier company with poor service and arrogant delivery partners. He called for OTP on phone, I didn't give, then my pickup got stucked for 7-8 days, at last I had to make pickup request from different address.
