What was approved before: • 49 apartments • Ground-floor retail • Replacing a bank + surface parking What’s proposed now: • Expanded retail space • Existing structure partially kept • Surface parking remains 49 homes ➡️ 0 homes A missed opportunity in one of SF’s most housing-constrained neighborhoods.
